BEFORE VERMONT: Stowell comes to UVM from Westford, Massachusetts where she attended Westford Academy… While at Westford, she was named the Team MVP for both the 2024 and 2025 seasons… She earned a selection to the Eastern MA All-Star and First team in 2024 and 2025… Stowell finished her senior season as the 2025 Lowell Sun Player of the Year, a Boston Globe All-Star, an All-Scholastic Honorable Mention, and an All-State and All-League selection.  

PERSONAL: Daughter of Stavroula and Craig… Has two siblings, Evan, who just graduated from UVM in the Spring, and William… Her major is currently undeclared… Her biggest influence is Michael Jordan… “After watching The Last Dance I came to appreciate the greater importance of accountability, work ethic and attitude—things that I try to incorporate in my own development and day to day life.” 

WHY VERMONT: “I chose UVM because it feels really centered around community. There is a strong atmosphere around both academics and athletics, and that is an environment I wanted to be in.”
