* Hockey East All-Rookie Team (2023-24)

JUNIOR SEASON (2025-26)
* Played in all 38 games for Vermont, a career high. 
* Posted career high numbers in points (23), goals (11), assists (12), shots on goal (130), power play goals (4), and game-winning goals (2). 
* Her 23 points was third most on the team and her 11 goals was also third most on the team (one of three Catamounts to reach double-digit goals). Lewis' 130 shots on goal led the team in that department and ranked sixth overall in Hockey East. 
* Her four power play goals was tied for seventh most in Hockey East. 
* Notched five separate multi-point games, a career high. 
* Concluded her junior season tallying a point in seven of Vermont's 10 final games (9p, 4g, 5a).
* Had four or more shots on goal in 19 outings. Posted career high eight shots on goal twice. First on January 2, 2026 vs Dartmouth in a 1-0 win and second on January 10, 2026 at Merrimack in a 3-3 tie (shootout victory) where she scored the game-tying goal on the power play. 
* Scored her first goal of the season in Vermont's season opener on October 3, 2025 vs Penn State, an unassisted goal. 
* Had four points in weekend series vs New Hampshire on November 14/15, 2025 notching one goal and three assists and six total shots on goal. On November 14 she registered her first career multi-assist game scoring two helpers and the next day on the 15th, scored one goal and one assist in a 4-0 win. 
* Scored a goal in back-to-back games at Merrimack on January 9/10, 2026. 
* Scored overtime game-winner on February 20, 2026 at Holy Cross in a 2-1 OT win, her first career overtime game-winning goal. 
* Notched one goal and one assist on February 5, 2026 vs Boston University in a 3-0 win. 
* Posted one goal and one assist on January 17, 2026 vs Maine in a 2-1 overtime win, getting involved in both Catamount goals including the primary assist on the Catamounts' OT game-winner. 

SOPHOMORE SEASON (2024-25):
* Played in 26 total games for UVM. 
* Registered seven points on one goal and six assists. Fired 44 total shots on goal. 
* Recorded 2-point game with one goal and one assist vs. Providence on January 3rd

FIRST-YEAR SEASON (2023-24):
* Made collegiate debut October 6th and 7th vs. Clarkson with 2 shots on goal in each game
* Tallied 1st college point with 1 assist October 20th and 1st collegiate goal October 21st at Merrimack
* 1st multi-point game (1 goal, 1 assist) on December 1st at Maine
* Had 2-goal games January 13th vs. Providence and  February 2nd vs. Holy Cross
* 1 goal, 1 assist in 3-0 win vs. UConn on February 17th

BEFORE VERMONT:
* Had 46 goals, 46 assists  for 92 points in 74 games with 2022-23 Philadelphia Junior Flyers 19U
* Also played 3 seasons (2019-2022) with Dallas Stars Elite 19U (10 goals, 7 assists in 2020-21)
