SENIOR INDOOR SEASON (2016): Finished 10th in the 5000 meters at the America East Championships with a time of 18:02 ... Placed 15th at the New England Championships in the 5000 meters with a time of 18:05 ... Ran a season best 5000 meter time of 17:49 at the BU Scarlet and White Invitational ... Finished sixth in the mile in the tri-meet with New Hampshire and Maine with a time of 5:25 ... Finished sixth with a season best 3000 meter time of 10:34 at the Joe Donahue Games.
JUNIOR OUTDOOR SEASON (2015): Finished in seventh place in the 10000-meter race at the 2015 America East Outdoor Championships with a time of 37:28.15 ... Recorded her season-best finish at the UAlbany Spring Classic in the 5000-meter taking second in 18:05.05 ...Placed third overall in the 3000-meter (10:15.15) in the Princeton Quad Meet.
JUNIOR INDOOR SEASON (2015): Recorded five top-three finishes over the course of the season ... Competed at the 2015 Indoor America East Championships where she claimed third in the 5000-meter at the 17:20.77 mark and recorded 10:07.99 for seventh in the 3000-meter ... Set a career-best in the 1000m with a time of 3:12.61 taking eighth at New Hampshire ... Earned the top finish at Dartmouth for the 4x8 event in a time of 10:01.74.
SOPHOMORE OUTDOOR SEASON (2014): Finished third overall in the 10,000-meter run at the America East Championships with a time of 35:56.09 for All-Conference honors ... Also scored in the 5,000-meter with eighth place in a time of 17:36.81 ... Placed fourth in the 10,000-meter at the ECAC Championships with a season-best 35:50.75 for All-ECAC honors ... Posted a time of 36:35.39 at the Mt. SAC Relays ... Ran a season-best 5,000-meter time of 17:23.49 for third place at the UNH Wildcat Invitational ... SOPHOMORE INDOOR SEASON (2014): Finished second overall in the 3,000-meter run at the America East Championships with a time of 9:51.54 ... Posted a season-best time of 9:50.44 at the New England Championships and finished seventh for All-New England honors ... Also earned seventh in the 5,000-meter at the ECAC Championships with a personal-record time of 16:52.70 for All-ECAC honors ... Placed sixth in the 5,000 in 16:59.73 at the Armory Collegiate Invitational ... Won the 3,000 at home vs. St. Peters and Middlebury with a time of 10:22.07.
FRESHMAN OUTDOOR SEASON (2013): Qualified for the NCAA East Preliminary Round in the 10,000-meter run and ran a time of 36:59.15 ... Won the America East title in the 10,000-meter with a time of 36:09.53 ... Placed fifth in the 1500-meter with a personal-best time of 4:45.25 at UMass Invitational ... Ran another personal-best time of 17:05.21 in the 5,000 at the ECAC Championships and took 17th overall ... Placed 15th in the 10,000 at the Mt. SAC Relays with a personal-best time of 35:00.02.
FRESHMAN INDOOR SEASON (2013): Earned fourth place in the 5,000-meter run with a time of 17:19.33 at the America East Championships for All-Conference honors ... Ran her best 1600-meter time of 5:11.94 at the Joe Donahue Indoor Games ... Took fourth place in the 3,000-meter with a season-best time of 9:44.81 at the New England Championships for All-New England honors ... Placed 11th at the ECAC Championships in the 5,000 with a time of 16:54.98.
BEFORE VERMONT: Came to UVM from Granville High School in Granville, N.Y. ... Ran four years of cross country as well as four years of indoor and outdoor track ...
