2014 OUTDOOR SEASON: Placed second overall in the hammer throw at the America East Championships with a toss of 49.73 meters ... Earned All-New England honors with seventh place in the hammer and a throw of 49.89 ... Set a new personal record of 50.94 for sixth place at the Princeton Quad Meet, posting her first-ever throw of 50 meters ... Won the hammer to open the outdoor season at the AIC Yellow Jacket Invitational ... Took second at the UAlbany Spring Classic and fifth at the UNH Wildcat Invitational.
2014 INDOOR SEASON: Finished fifth in the weight throw at the America East Championships with a distance of 15.33 meters ... Posted a season-best distance of 15.50 at the Armory Collegiate Invitational for 25th place ... Took 17th at the New England Championships in the weight throw ... Won the event at both of Vermont's indoor home meets ... Placed fourth at the Joe Donahue Games and sixth at the Dartmouth Indoor Classic.
2013 OUTDOOR SEASON: Took third place in the hammer throw at the America East Championships with a distance of 46.80 meters for all-conference honors ... Posted a career best hammer throw at UMass with a distance of 49.26 meters for second place.
2013 INDOOR SEASON: Placed sixth in the weight throw at the America East Championships with a throw of 15.13 meters ... Won the weight throw at Middlebury with a season best mark of 15.76 ... Took 10th place at the New England Championships with a distance of 14.79.
2012 OUTDOOR SEASON: Competed in seven events in the hammer throw ... Was 12th at the 2012 America East Outdoor Championships with a mark of 41.79 meters ... Threw a distance of 41.56 the following weekend to place 22nd at the 2012 New England Outdoor Championships ... Won the competition at the Middlebury Invitational with a season-best performance (48.40) ... Also won earlier in the week at the Catamount Invitational with a mark of 44.26.
2012 INDOOR SEASON: Competed in eight events in the weight throw ... Placed 10th overall at the 2012 America East Indoor Championships with a distance of 14.29 meters ... Threw a mark of 14.80 the following weekend to place 18th at the 2012 New England Indoor Championships ... Set a personal record with a throw of 15.66 at New Hampshire to finish third ... Posted a distance of 14.86 at the New Balance Collegiate Invitational for her second best throw of the season ... Won at home against Middlebury with a throw of 14.55 and was second at home against Hartford with a mark of 14.61.
2011 OUTDOOR SEASON: Competed in seven meets during the outdoor season … Threw a season best 48.54m in the hammer throw at the UNH Wildcat Invitational (April 9), finishing second overall … At the America East Championships she finished 11th with a mark of 40.51m … She finished 18th at the New England Championships with a mark of 43.79m.
2011 INDOOR SEASON: Competed in eight meets during the indoor campaign … Threw a season best 15.50m in the weight throw at the Reebok Boston Indoor Games (Jan. 28) … At the America East Championships she finished seventh with a mark of 14.80m … She finished 18th at the New England Championships with a mark of 14.40m.
