SENIOR INDOOR SEASON (2016): Placed 14th at the America East Championships in the mile with a time of 5:26 ... Ran a new career best of 3:01 in the 1000 meters at the Valentine Invitational ... Placed fifth in the mile at the tri-meet with New Hampshire and Maine with a time of 5:23 ... Helped win the 4x400 meter relay at the dual-meet against Hartford.
JUNIOR OUTDOOR SEASON (2015): Did not compete.
JUNIOR INDOOR SEASON (2015): Took seventh place overall at America East Championships in the distance medley relay in a time of 12:46.18 ... Had her season-best finish in the home-opener against Hartford competing in the 3000m earning fourth with a time of 11:01.41.
SOPHOMORE OUTDOOR SEASON (2014): Competed in two meets ... Ran her fastest time in the 3000-meter steeplechase of 11:58.87 at the AIC Yellow Jacket Invitational for eighth place ... Finished 12th in the steeplechase at the America East Championships with a time of 12:38.24.
SOPHMORE INDOOR SEASON (2014): Finished eighth in the one mile at the America East Championships with a time of 5:08.89 ... Posted a season-best time of 5:08.87 at the New England Championships for 22nd ... Earned All-New England honors with the 4x800 relay team as it placed fourth in 9:03.75 ... Posted second place finishes in the 800 and mile at Vermont's two home meets ... Ran a personal record 1000 time of 3:06.39 for ninth at the Dartmouth Indoor Classic.
FRESHMAN OUTDOOR SEASON (2013): Earned 17th in the 800-meter at the America East Championships with a time of 2:23.76 ... Ran her season best 800 time of 2:22.23 at UMass ... Placed seventh in the 1500 at the Catamount Invitational with a time of 5:03.55.

BEFORE VERMONT: Came to UVM from Lafayette High School in Williamsburg, Va. ... Captain of the cross country team in 2010 and 2011, and her team won the 2009 District Championship ... Individually, she was the Regional Champion in 2008, 2010, and 2011, and the District Champion from 2008-2010 ... Was three-time All-Region, three-time All-District, and earned District MVP honors in 2010 ... Also named Daily Press Female Cross Country Athlete of the Year in 2009 and 2010 ... Captain of the track & field team in 2011 and 2012, and her team won the 2010 Indoor and Outdoor Regional Championship ...
