2012 OUTDOOR SEASON: Competed in seven events ... Finished 10th overall in the discus throw at the 2012 America East Outdoor Championships with a season-best throw of 34.93 meters ... Placed second in the discus at the Middlebury Invitational with a distance of 32.94 ... Posted her best mark in the hammer throw (27.55) in her outdoor debut at the Northeastern Spring Open ... Also threw a season-best 9.09 in the shot put at Northeastern and finished 12th overall.
2012 INDOOR SEASON: Competed in five events in the shot put ... Posted a season-best throw of 10.17 meters at the Dartmouth Indoor Classic to finish 18th overall ... Was 14th the following weekend at New Hampshire with a mark of 9.93 ... Placed third in a home meet against Middlebury as she threw a distance of 9.88.
BEFORE VERMONT: Was a member of the track and field and volleyball teams at Greely High School ... Named Western Maine Conference field events MVP in 2008 ... Was the State Champion in 2010 and 2011 as well as team captain.
