2014 OUTDOOR SEASON: Set new personal bests in three different distances ... Ran her best 5000-meter time of 18:40.69 at the UAlbany Spring Classic for fourth place ... Also earned fourth in the 3000 at the Princeton Quad Meet in 10:37.35 ... Posted a time of 4:55.55 in the 1500 at the UNH Wildcat Invitational for 13th ... Competed in the 10,000-meter at the America East Championships.
2014 INDOOR SEASON: Did not compete.
2013 OUTDOOR SEASON: Ran her career best 1500-meter time of 4:59.20 at the Catamount Invitational where she placed fourth ... Placed fifth in the 5000 at UMass with her season best time of 19:04.13 ... Posted her fastest time in the 10000 of 40:46.21 at the America East Championships for 14th overall.
2013 INDOOR SEASON: Did not compete.
2012 OUTDOOR SEASON: Competed in five events and set new personal records in two races ... Finished sixth in the 5000-meter run at the UNH Wildcat Invitational with a career-best time of 18:54.09 ... Posted a personal record time of 10:59.09 in the 3000-meter at the George Davis Invitational ... Finished fifth in the 1500-meter at the Catamount Invitational with a mark of 5:04.17 ... Ran the 10000-meter for the first time of her career at the Northeastern Spring Open and placed ninth in 40:36.76.

2011 OUTDOOR SEASON: Competed in four events during the outdoor season … Finished a season-best second in the 5,000m with a mark of 19:29.81 at the Dartmouth Invitational (April 17).
2011 INDOOR SEASON: Competed in six events during the indoor season … Established a career best in the one mile with a mark of 5:28.70 at the Dartmouth Indoor Classic (Feb. 5) … Also set a career best in the 3,000m with a time of 11:02.74 at the UNH Invitational (Feb. 12) … She competed at the 2011 America East Indoor Track and Field Championships finishing 16th overall in the 5,000 with a time of 19:33.79.
BEFORE VERMONT: Was a member of the soccer, ski, track, and cross country teams at Ridgefield High School in Ridgefield, Conn. … 2007 All-County 4x800 team … 2008, 2009 Cross Country All-County 2nd Team … Cross country team captain in 2009.
