• America East Commissioner's Honor Roll (2011, 2012, 2013, 2014)

2014 OUTDOOR SEASON: Finished 14th in the hammer throw at the America East Championships with a distance of 37.14 meters ... Also placed 15th in the discus at America East with a season-best mark of 33.48 ... Posted her season-best hammer throw of 38.71 at the Princeton Quad Meet for 13th place ... Finished seventh in both events at the UAlbany Spring Classic.

2013 OUTDOOR SEASON: Competed in five meets ... Posted her career best in the hammer throw at the America East Championships where she placed eighth with a throw of 40.39 meters ... Had her career best discus throw of 36.03 at Middlebury and finished second.

2012 OUTDOOR SEASON: Competed in seven events in the discus and hammer throw ... Placed 13th in the discus at the America East Championships with a season-best distance of 33.25 meters ... Had her best hammer throw (34.45) in her season debut at the Northeastern Spring Open and came in 18th.

2011 OUTDOOR SEASON: Competed in seven meets during her freshman season … She posted season best marks in the shot put (9.43m), discus throw (34.92m), and hammer throw (34.75m) at the UNH Wildcat Invitational (April 9) … At the America East Championships she posted a 33.57m in the discus throw, finishing 11th overall.

BEFORE VERMONT: Came to UVM from Clarkstown High School South in West Nyack, N.Y. ... Was a member and two-year captain of the volleyball and track & field teams … 2008-2010 All-League and All-County Discus Champion … 2010 Shotput County Champion.

PERSONAL: Daughter of Melissa and Nathan Schlanger of New City, N.Y. … Member of the National Honor Society … Has an older sister Marcie … Majoring in human development and family studies.
