2012 OUTDOOR SEASON: Competed in six events and served as a team captain ... Finished 10th overall in the 400-meter dash with a career-best time of 57.71 seconds at the 2012 America East Outdoor Championships ... Broke the outdoor school record by nearly two seconds in the 4x400-meter relay at America East with a time of 3:50.41 ... Posted a time of 58.44 in the 400 at the 2012 New England Outdoor Championships to finish 12th ... Ran a time of 3:50.59 with the 4x400-meter relay team at New England's and finished third overall ... Set a new personal record in the 100-meter at the Catamount Invitational and won the race in 12.69 ... Was second overall in the 200-meter at Dartmouth with a season-best 26.62 and came in third in the 400 in 58.27.

2012 INDOOR SEASON: Competed in nine events and served as a team captain ... Finished third overall in the 500-meter at the 2012 America East Indoor Championships with a personal record time of 1:14.82 to earn all-conference honors ... Finished fifth with the 4x400-meter relay team with a time of 3:53.67 ... Ran a season-best time of 3:53.12 with the 4x400 team and placed fourth to earn All-New England honors the following week at the 2012 New England Indoor Championships ... Broke the school record in the 300-meter dash at New Hampshire as she won the race in 41.84 seconds ... Ran a time of 1:17.88 in the 500 at the 2012 ECAC Indoor Championships to place 29th ... Placed third in the 200-meter at Dartmouth with a season-best time of 26.91 ... Ran her best 400-meter time at the Joe Donahue Indoor Games as she finished second overall in 58.70 ... Won the 400 against Hartford with a mark of 59.58 ... Also captured the 300 at home against Middlebury in 42.62.

2011 OUTDOOR SEASON: Competed in seven meets during the outdoor season … At the America East Championships she finished 13th in the 400m (58.79) and was a member of the 4x400m relay team that finished fifth … She earned All-New England Honors in the 400m and 4x400m relay at the New England Championships finishing seventh and fourth in competition … She set a career best in the 400m with a time of 58.31.

2011 INDOOR SEASON: Competed in seven meets during the indoor campaign … At the America East Championships she finished fifth overall in the 500m with a time of 1:16.74 … She was also a member of the 4x400m relay team that finished fourth overall … At the New England championships Langone finished eighth in the 500m … She was also a member of the 4x400m relay team that finished seventh at the meet.

BEFORE VERMONT: Came to Vermont from Burlington High School in Burlington, Mass. ... Was a member of the track and soccer teams ... Captained both indoor and outdoor track teams in 2007-08 ... Named a Middlesex League All-Star in the 300m, 400m and 600m during her high school career ... Placed third overall in the MIAA Division III State Meet for three straight seasons ...
