Was second in the 3000m steeplechase (11:04.30) and fourth in the 800m (2:17.37) at the Black & Gold Invite (Apr. 1) ... Placed second in the 1500m at the UVM Quad Meet with a time of 4:40.40 (Apr. 8) ... Ran a career-best 3000m steeplechase time of 10:56.58 at the Bryan Clay Invite (Apr. 13-15) ... Was third in the 1500m with a time of 4:44.95 at the Rutgers Relays (Apr. 22) ... Raced to career-best marks in the 800m (2:17.36) and the 1500m (4:37.24) in the UMass Pre-Conference Invite (Apr. 29) ... SENIOR INDOOR SEASON (2023): Won the 3000m with a time of 10:53.41 in the season-opening meet at UNH (Dec. 4) ... Was fourth in the mile at the Beacon Invite (Dec. 10) ... Finished fifth in the 1000m with a time of 2:58.28 at the River Hawk Invite (Jan. 27) ... Logged a personal-best mile time of 4:58.68 at the Terrier Classic (Jan. 28) ... Placed third in the 1000m at the New England Championships with a personal-best time of 2:56.33 (Feb. 2 & 3) ... Secured All-Conference honors with a third-place finish and a time of 2:56.67 in the 1000m at the America East Championships; placed sixth in the mile (Feb. 18 & 19).

JUNIOR OUTDOOR SEASON (2022): Opened the season with a seventh-place finish in the 3000m at the UMass Lowell Invite (Mar. 26) ... Posted a sixth-place finish in the 1500m at the UNH Outdoor Opener (Apr. 2) ... Won the 1500m with a time of 4:46.14 at the UMass Outdoor Invite I (Apr. 16) ... Registered a personal-best 1500m time of 4:44.89 for eighth place at the George Davis Invite (Apr. 23) ... Logged an 800m time of 2:22.84 at the UMass Outdoor Invite II (Apr. 30) ... Competed in the 1500m at the America East Championships (May 7).

JUNIOR INDOOR SEASON (2022): Began the season with a sixth-place finish and a time of 10:54.57 at the Dartmouth Opener (Dec. 11) ... Won the mile and placed fifth in the 1000m at the Middlebury Winterfell (Jan. 22) ... Ran a personal-best 3000m mark of 10:34.68 for third place at the Middlebury Invite (Jan. 29) ... Posted a personal-best mile time of 5:08.48 at the Scarlet & White Invite (Feb. 5) ... Logged a ninth place finish in the mile at the Fastrack National Invite (Feb. 11) ... SOPHOMORE OUTDOOR SEASON (2021): Opened the season with a sixth-place finish in the steeplechase at UMass (Apr. 18) ... Competed in the 1500m and ran a leg of the 4x800m relay at the America East Championships (May 2) ... Was 11th in the 1500m run at Dartmouth (May 7).

FRESHMAN INDOOR SEASON (2020): Opened the season with a third-place finish in the mile and ran on a winning 4x800m relay team at the Maine and Dartmouth tri meet (Dec. 14) ... Won the 1000m run and ran on a fourth-place finishing 4x400m relay team in a quad meet with Maine, UNH and Dartmouth (Jan. 25) ... Ran on a 14th place finishing 4x800 team with a time of 9:35.35 in the NEICAAA Indoor Track & Field Championship (Feb. 1) ... Registered a sixth-place finish in the mile at the Dartmouth Indoor Invitational (Feb. 8) ... Finished 16th in the 1000m run in the America East Indoor Track & Field Championship (Feb. 22)
