2012 SEASON: Competed in five events ... Poster her best 5K time of the season (19:22) at the season-opening Vermont Invitational to place 20th overall ... Ran a 19:32 at the New England Championships to rank 15th on the team ... Also ranked 15th among Vermont runners with a mark of 19:38 at the UNH pre-conference meet. 

2011 SEASON: Competed in five races ... Finished seventh among Vermont runners at the St. Michael's Invitational with a time of 20:45 ... Posted a season-best time of 20:27 at the UMass Invitational ... Had her best 5K run of the year at the New England Championships with a mark of 20:37.

2010 SEASON: Competed in two races … Was among the teams top ten runners … Placed fifth among Catamounts and posted a season-best time of 18:51 at the UMass Amherst Invitational.

2009 SEASON: Ran in six races … Was among UVM's top three runners in each race … Was UVM's top runner and finished 10th overall at the New England Championship … Earned All-New England honors after running a season-best time of 18:18 … Was the team runner-up in the first three races of the year and earned three top-10 finishes overall on the year … Was fifth overall at the Pre-America East Championship race and fourth overall at the UMass Invitational … Finished 20th overall at the conference championship race … Ran a season-best time of 17:49 at the UMass Invitational.

BEFORE VERMONT: Came to UVM from Walt Whitman High School in Bethesda, Md. ... Earned All-Gazette and All-Met Washington Post honorable mention honors in cross country ... Served as the team captain during her career and also played soccer.

PERSONAL: Is the daughter of Ken and Beth Isen ... Has an older brother ... Is a physical education major.
