JUNIOR INDOOR SEASON (2018): Placed fourth in the 1000m and 4x400 relay at Dartmouth (Dec. 8 & 9) ... Finished second in the 800m at Dartmouth (Jan. 13). 

SOPHOMORE OUTDOOR SEASON (2017): Placed third in the 800m at the Dartmouth Invitational in 1:57.94 … Took second in the 800m with a time of 2:00.06 against Hartford … Ran a leg of the winning 4x400m relay at the UMass Tri-Meet … Finished 18th in the 800m with a time of 1:56.09 and took fourth as a member of the 4x800m relay at the America East Championships.

SOPHOMORE INDOOR SEASON (2017): Ran to third in the 800m in 1:58.75 against Hartford … Placed third with a 2:02.57 in the 800m and was a member of the winning 4x400m relay at the Middlebury Winterfell … Finished tenth in the 1,000m at the America East Championships with a time of 2:32.04.

FRESHMAN OUTDOOR SEASON (2016): Ran a time of 1:57 in the 800m at the UNH Pre-Conference Meet ... Finished fifth if the 3,000m steeplechase at the Albany Spring Classic with a time of 9:50 ... Finished ninth at the Dartmouth Invitational in the 800 meters with a time of 1:56 ... Placed fifth in the 3,000m steeplechase at the UMass Tri-Meet with a time of 10:21.

FRESHMAN INDOOR SEASON (2016): Finished 10th in the 1,000m at the America East Championships with a season best time of 2:32 ... Ran a season best 800m time of 2:01 against Hartford ... Part of the winning 4x400 meter relay team against Hartford.

BEFORE VERMONT: Captained of the track and field and cross country squads during senior seasons … Ran to a fourth place finish at indoor and outdoor state championship meets in the 4x800m race … Was a four-year letter winner … Named All-Region in 2015 after making the 100-point club … Central Bucks High School-West record holder in the 4x1600m and sprint medley relay.
