2014 OUTDOOR SEASON: Finished 11th in the shot put at the America East Championships with a distance of 11.41 meters ... Also took 12th in the hammer throw with a mark of 38.55m ... Registered her best shot put distance of the season (11.80) for third place at the UAlbany Spring Classic ... Was 10th in the hammer throw at the UNH Wildcat Invitational with a season-best throw of 39.70. 

2013 OUTDOOR SEASON: Placed 13th at the America East Championships in the hammer throw with a distance of 38.06 meters … Set her season-best shot put distance of 10.55m at America East for 11th place in Binghamton ... Finished fifth at the Vermont Invitational where she set her season-best hammer throw of 38.16m … Threw 37.97 in the hammer at Middlebury for third overall.

2013 INDOOR SEASON: Finished 13th in the shot put at the America East Championships with a throw of 10.43 meters ... Also earned 13th in the weight throw with a mark of 12.59m ... Took first place in a home meet against Middlebury in shot put where she threw 10.51m ... Also placed third in the weight throw with a distance of 13.00m.

2012 OUTDOOR SEASON: Competed in seven meets in the shot put and hammer throw ... Finished 14th in the shot put with a throw of 10.61 meters at the 2012 America East Outdoor Championships ... Notched a season-best effort at the UNH Wildcat Invitational with a mark of 10.97 to finish seventh overall ... Won the shot put with a distance of 10.51 at the Middlebury Invitational ... Also finished sixth in the hammer throw at Middlebury with a season-best throw of 33.53.

2012 INDOOR SEASON: Competed in seven meets in the shot put ... Posted her best indoor throw at Dartmouth with a distance of 11.23 meters to lead Vermont and place seventh ... Earned another top-10 finish at the Dartmouth Indoor Classic with a throw of 10.93 as she finished ninth ... Captured her first career victory by winning the shot put against Middlebury at home with a mark of 10.86 ... Was second in a home meet vs. Hartford (10.69).

BEFORE VERMONT: Came to UVM from Whitehall High School in Whitehall, N.Y. ... Four-year letterwinner for the indoor and outdoor track & field team ... Holds school record in the shot put for indoor and outdoor track & field ... Finished fifth in the state in the shot put in 2009 and fourth at states in 2011 ... Also a member of the soccer and softball teams in high school ... Member of the National Honor Society.
