SENIOR OUTDOOR SEASON (2023): Became the first Catamount to win multiple America East heptathlon titles ... Opened the season with a third-place finish in the high jump (1.62m) and seventh-place finish in the 100H (15.03s) at the Black & Gold Invite (Mar. 31 - Apr. 1) ... Won the high jump at the UVM Quad Meet (Apr. 8) ... Logged marks of 14.67s (100H) and 5.33m (LJ) at the Pacific Coast Invite (Apr. 13) ... Recorded marks of 14.68s (100H) and 5.30m (LJ) at the Bryan Clay Invite (Apr. 14-15) ... Was second in the 100H (14.54s) and third in the high jump (1.60m) at the Rutgers Relays (Apr. 22) ... Recorded a career-best heptathlon score of 4,601 points to retain the title at the America East Championships (May 6 & 7) ... Named to America East All-Academic Team ... SENIOR INDOOR SEASON (2023): Became the first Catamount since 2014 to be named America East Most Outstanding Field Performer ... Opened the season with a third-place finish in the 60H and fifth-place finish in the long jump at the Sharon Colyear Danville Opener (Dec. 3) ... Finished second in the penthatlon at URI with a score of 3,252 points (Dec. 9) ... Was 2nd in the high jump at the Beacon Invite with a mark of 1.55m (Dec. 10) ... Placed second in the high jump at the Middlebury Snowflake Invite with a mark of 1.55m (Jan. 14) ... Won the high jump at the Middlebury Winter Classic with a mark of 1.60m (Jan. 21) .. Was fifth in the 60H (8.92s) and 10th in the high jump (1.60m) at the River Hawk Invite (Jan. 27) ... Finished third in the 60H (8.91s) and high jump (1.65m), 10th in the long jump (5.35m) at the New England Championships (Feb. 2 & 3) ... Won the pentathlon at the America East Championships with a score of 3,425 points, placed fifth in the high jump (Feb. 18 & 19) ... JUNIOR OUTDOOR SEASON (2022): Became the first Catamount since 2015 to win an America East Championship in the heptathlon ... Opened the season with victories in the 100m hurdles and 4x400m relay at the UMass Lowell Invite (Mar. 26) ... Won the 100m hurdles (14.61sw) and finished second in the 200m (26.16sw) at the UNH Outdoor Opener (Apr. 2) ... Was fourth in the 100m hurdles (14.78s) and 12th in the high jump (1.58m) at the Mason Spring Invite (Apr. 9) ... Won the heptathlon at the UMass Multi Meet with a personal-best score of 4,589 points that ranks No. 5 on the program's all-time list ... Ran on the winning 4x400m relay team and posted a personal-best 100m hurdles time of 14.45s for second place at the George Davis Invite (Apr. 23) ... Won the heptathlon at the 2022 America East Championships with a score of 4,448 points -- she earned top marks in the 100m hurdles (14.53s). high jump (1.60m), and 200m (25.82s) and also finished fourth in the open 100m hurdles (14.45sw) ... Finished All-New England in the heptathlon at the New England Championships, placing fourth with a score of 4.552 points (May 13 & 14).

JUNIOR INDOOR SEASON (2022): Opened the season with a 16th-place finish in the shot put at the Dartmouth Indoor Opener (Dec. 11) ... Won the 60m hurdles (9.20s) and high jump at the Middlebury Winter Classic (Jan. 15) ... Was secondd in the high jump (1.57m) and long jump (5.20m) at the Middlebury invite (Jan. 29) ... Finished 16th in the long jump with a mark of 4.96m at the New England Championships (Feb. 4 & 5) ... Posted a sixth-place finish in the high jump with a mark of 1.56m at the Scarlet & White Invite (Feb. 5) ... Finished second in the 60m hurdles at the Fastrack National Invite with a mark of 8.99s (Feb. 11) ... Registered a runner-up finish and All-Conference performance in the pentathlon at the America East Championships with a personal-best score of 3,370 points (Feb. 25 & 26) ... Placed 10th in the pentathlon at the ECAC/IC4A Championships with a score of 3,264 points (Mar. 4-6).

SOPHOMORE OUTDOOR SEASON (2021): Opened the season with a first-place finish in the 100m hurdles (15.19s) and a third in the high jump (1.55m) at UMass (Mar. 26) ... Registered a winning high jump at the UNH Invite with a mark of 1.65m (Apr. 3) ... Won the 200m at the UVM Quad Meet with a time of 26.20s (Apr. 10) ... Was seventh in the heptathlon at the UMass Multi Meet and registered a personal-best 100m hurdles mark of 14.96s (Apr. 13 & 14) ... Had a personal-best heptathlon score of 4,391 points for third-place at the America East Championships to earn All-Conference (May 1 & 2) ... Took third in the heptathlon at the New England Championships with a score of 4,362 points (May 14 & 15). 

FRESHMAN INDOOR SEASON (2020): Made her debut with a fifth-place finish in the pentathlon, which included the top long jump (5.12m) at Dartmouth (Dec. 14) ... Finished fifth in the 60m hurdles (9.33s) and high jump (1.59m) at the Dartmouth Relays (Jan. 10) ... Ran a personal-best 60m hurdles time of 9.21s for first place and finished second in the long jump (5.12m) at the Middlebury Winterfell (Jan. 18) ... Won the 60m hurdles (9.23s) and finished third in the high jump (1.60m) at the Middlebury Invitational (Jan. 25) ... Placed 12th in the high jump with a mark of 1.66m at the NEICAAA Championships (Feb. 1) ... Finished third in the 60m hurdles (9.28s) and had a personal-best long jump (5.19m) at the Dartmouth Invitational (Feb. 8) ... Took sixth in the pentathlon (3,288) at the America East Championships (Feb. 22) ... Finished eighth in the pentathlon with the top high jump, a personal-best 1.66m, at the ECAC Championships (Mar. 6).

BEFORE VERMONT: Came to UVM from Westfield, New Jersey … Ran cross country and participated in track & field at Westfield High School … Competed in hurdles, sprints, high jump, and long jump … Indoor and outdoor track captain (2019) … Named Most Valuable Senior (2019) … All-County and All-Section indoor and outdoor teams (2019) … Holds high school records in the 55mH, shuttle hurdle relay, and the high jump relay … Named to the Distinguished Honor Roll. 

PERSONAL: Daughter of Krista and Joe Triarsi … Older brother, Jake, runs cross country at the University of Miami … Chose UVM because it is the place where I felt that I had the most opportunities to grow academically, socially, and athletically.
