2014 OUTDOOR SEASON: Finished sixth overall in the 3000-meter steeplechase at the America East Championships with a time of 11:13.46 ... Also placed second with the 4x800 relay team in a time of 9:09.65 ... Member of the 4x800 team that took seventh at the New England Championships in 9:23.50 ... Was fourth in the steeplechase at the AIC Yellow Jacket Invitational with a time of 11:38.94 ... Set a personal record in the 1500 with a time of 4:47.48 for 10th at the UNH Wildcat Invitational.
2014 INDOOR SEASON: Member of the 4x800-meter relay team that claimed the America East title for the second straight year with a time of 9:13.07 ... Also ran on the distance medley relay team at America East ... Finished fourth with the 4x800 relay team at the New England Championships in 9:03.75 ... Also ran the 1000 at New England's and finished in 3:10.61 for 29th ... Took fifth in the 1000-meter at the Dartmouth Indoor Classic with a season-best time of 3:03.69 and finished sixth with the 4x400 relay team ... Placed fourth in the 800 at home vs. St. Peters and Middlebury in 2:31.10.
2013 OUTDOOR SEASON: Captured a career best time of 2:19.36 in the 800-meter at UMass where she placed 17th ... Posted another career best time of 4:56.22 in the 1500 at Dartmouth ... Took sixth place at the America East Championships where she posted another best time in the 3000-meter steeplechase of 11:09.44 ... Was a member of the 4x800 relay team at the ECAC Championships that ran a time of 9:23.47.
2013 INDOOR SEASON: Competed in six meets ... Was a member of the 4x800 relay team at the America East Championships that won the conference title with a time of 9:15.81 ... Also a member of the distance medley relay at the America East Championships that finished fifth with a time of 12:18.59 ... Placed first at Hartford in the high jump by clearing a height of 1.50.
2012 OUTDOOR SEASON: Competed in seven events ... Placed ninth in the 3000-meter steeplechase at the 2012 America East Outdoor Championships with a personal-record time of 11:17.66 ... Also ran with the 4x800-meter relay team and came in seventh with a time of 9:32.03 ... Was 13th in the steeplechase at the 2012 New England Outdoor Championships with a mark of 11:44.77 ... Set a personal record in the 1500-meter at Dartmouth (4:53.80) to place 15th overall ... Finished third in the 800-meter at the Middlebury Invitational with a season-best time of 2:26.61.
2012 INDOOR SEASON: Competed in nine events ... Placed 12th in the 1000-meter at the 2012 America East Indoor Championships with a time of 3:03.86 ... Set a new personal record the following weekend as she finished 20th in 3:01.52 at the 2012 New England Indoor Championships ... Competed in the DMR at the 2012 ECAC Indoor Championships and helped the team run a 12:15.29 ... Ran a season-best 800-meter time (2:24.72) at the Dartmouth Indoor Classic to finish sixth ... Placed second in the 800 at home against Middlebury in a time of 2:27.31 ... Was second in the 600-meter at New Hampshire with a time of 1:43.96.
2011 OUTDOOR SEASON: Competed in eight meets during the outdoor season … At the America East Championships she finished 13th in the high jump with a mark of 1.53m … She was also a member of the 4x800m relay team that finished fifth at the meet … At the New England Championships finished 18th in the jump and was again on Vermont’s 4x800m relay team that finished eighth overall.
2011 INDOOR SEASON: Competed in seven meets during the indoor season … Set a career best in the high jump with a mark of 1.58m at the Dartmouth Indoor Classic (Feb. 5) … At the America East Championships she finished 24th in the high jump with a mark of 1.48m.
BEFORE VERMONT: Four-year cross country and track participant at South Lakes High School in Reston, Va. … All-District honors in the 1,600m & two-mile … All-Region honors in the 1,000-meter and high jump.
