HANOVER, N.H. – Three Dartmouth players scored two goals each to lead the Big Green to a 6-0 victory over visiting Vermont in women's soccer action on Sunday.

Box ScoreThe first half was fairly even as shots were tied at 4-4, but Meredith Gurnee connected with Jessica Lukas in the 40th minute to give Dartmouth a 1-0 lead as the teams headed to the locker room.

The Big Green increased its intensity and pressure in the opening minutes of the second half. Lucielle Kozlov scored twice in the first 13 minutes of the half to push Dartmouth's lead to 3-0.

Gurnee added her second of the game in the 57th minute and Lukas closed out the scoring with a pair of goals in the 62nd and 68th minutes.

Ally Ramos and
Coco Speckmaier combined to make five saves in the Vermont net, while Casey Cousineau and Katie Fuhs did not have to make a stop in the Dartmouth net.

Dartmouth improves to 3-1-1, while Vermont falls to 2-4-0.

The Catamounts return to action on Tuesday (Sept. 15) when they host Marist at 3:30 p.m. The game will be streamed online in HD for free via the America East Digital Network on AmericaEast.tv.
