Just before the end of the half, Emily Loprete added the equalizer to send the teams into the second period tied at 2-2.

Three late second-half Crusader goals from Connolly, Loprete and Audra Kinney sealed the Holy Cross victory. Goalkeeper
Lena Benwood played the entire second half and registered four saves while Megan Inch collected two stops for the Crusaders.
UVM hosts the Catamount Classic at Moulton Winder Field on Saturday and Sunday Sept. 19-20. The Catamounts take on Cornell Saturday in an 11 a.m. matchup followed by Siena at noon on Sunday. Both games will be streamed online for free at AmericaEast.tv.
