Box Score DAVIS, Calif. - Courtney Neff converted a free position shot 2:12 into overtime to lift UC Davis past visiting Vermont, 10-9, in non-conference women's lacrosse action on Wednesday night.

Alison Bolt scored three straight goals for the Catamounts, capping off her rally with a free position shot with 1:10 remaining in regulation, to even the game up at 9-9.
Brynne Yarranton won the ensuing draw for UVM. After a pair of turnovers by each team, Vermont ended up with possession.
Vanessa VanderZalm attacked the cage and appeared to score, but was called for charging, giving the ball back to the Aggies.
UC Davis advanced the ball down the the field in the closing seconds, but
Maddy Kuras made the save on Kellan's shot to end regulation and send the game into overtime.
Shannon Geary won the draw for the Aggies to start overtime and Neff was able to net her third goal of the game for the UC Davis win.
The game was tightly contested throughout as neither team held more than a two goal lead in the first half and finished the first 30 minutes knotted at 4-4.
Bolt scored a career-high five goals to lead Vermont, while Yarranton added four points on two goals and two assists for the Catamounts.
In addition to Neff's hat trick, Delich added three points on a pair of goals and a helper and Kellan handed out four assists for UC Davis.
Kuras finished the game with five stops in the Vermont net, while Lauren Ali made three saves for the Aggies.
Vermont falls to 1-4 on the season, while UC Davis improves to 2-2 overall. The Catamounts wrap up a three-game West Coast swing with a game at California on Friday (March 11) at 5 p.m. (EST).
