SCOUTING THE WILDCATS
New Hampshire enters its ninth game of the season with a 1-6-1 (1-5-0 WHEA) record. The Wildcats last played at Providence where they fell 1-0 to the Friars. UNH's lone win came against UConn in a 5-3 home victory led by Nicole Dunbar's two-goal performance. Dunbar leads the Wildcats with three goals on the season as well as a team-high five points. Freshman forward Lauren Martin has a team-high four assists through eight games this season. Ava Boutilier has played all but one game for New Hampshire posting a 2.28 GAA, .923 SV% and the third-most saves (193) in Hockey East. UNH finished last season with a 14-15-7 (9-10-5 WHEA) for fifth in Hockey East, but were ousted by fourth-seeded Northeastern in two games of the league quarterfinals.

ALL-TIME AGAINST UNH
The two-game series marks the 44th and 45th all-time meetings between the Catamounts and UNH. Vermont has a 12-27-4 record against the Wildcats dating back to the 2002-03 season. The Cats are 2-2-1 in the five previous meetings with New Hampshire, which includes a hard-fought overtime loss at Gutterson Fieldhouse. The two programs have already met this season at New Hampshire where the Catamounts earned their first win of the season. Saana Valkama and Ève-Audrey Picard registered goals in the first two period for Vermont while Melissa Black stopped 22 shots in goal. Last season, Kristina Shanahan (1 goal, 3 assists) and Alyssa Gorecki (4 assists) were the Catamounts top performers against UNH.

SWEET 60
Ève-Audrey Picard recorded her 60th career point Tuesday night against No. 8 Northeastern at Gutterson Fieldhouse. The junior assistant captain became the seventh Catamount in program history to reach the 60-point milestone. Her career total includes 32 goals, which is sixth on the program's all-time list. With the 60th point, Picard is two points away from tying Taylor Willard '18 for sixth all-time in program history.

RALLY AGAINST CANCER
Saturday's contest will be the annual Rally Against Cancer game, presented by Vermont Custom Closets. Fans are encouraged to wear lavender, representing the fight against all cancers, to support the cause.

HOCKEY EAST SKATING STRIDES
Saturday is also Hockey East's Skating Strides Against Breast Cancer game. The league will have a table in Hockey Hall of Honor, where merchandise can be purchased to benefit initiatives and research in the fight against breast cancer.
