Bailey Saneman and
Elise Koehl each scored a pair of goals in a 16-8 loss at Holy Cross last Wednesday (March 7). The Crusaders scored four unanswered goals following Saneman's opening tally five minutes into the contest and held the Cats at bay.

Elena McWright, and Koehl cut the Crusader lead to 11-7 with 17:54 to play in the second half. Holy Cross responded with its second run of four straight goals to put the game away.

SCOUTING THE DOLPHINS
The Phins enter Sunday's matchup with a 3-2 overall record with victories over Michigan, Ohio State, and Villanova, JU fell to Notre Dame and in-state opponent Florida.

Senior Ashtyn Hiron leads the team in scoring with 13 goals and four assists. Freshman Jenny Kinsey is second on the team in scoring with seven goals and four assists. Five other Dolphins have recorded at least five points this season. Emily Poelma has played three games between the pipes for the Phins while Kristen Brunoforte has played two games.
Maddy Kuras made a season-high 18 saves for the Catamounts.
INSIDE THE SERIES
Sunday's game is the second matchup between the Catamount and Dolphins. Vermont made a trip to Jacksonville and left with a 21-13 victory during the Phin's inaugural 2010 season.

KURAS LEADS THE CONFERENCE
Junior goalie
Maddy Kuras sits atop the America East in both saves (65) and saves per game (10.83). The Maple Grove, Minnesota native is fourth in the conference in save percentage (.481) and seventh in ground balls per game (2.67).
MATCHING A SCHOOL RECORDÂ
Louisville transfer Koehl became only the third Catamount to net eight goals in a single game in a 17-10 victory over Siena (Feb. 28). She was the first to net eight tallies in a contest since Emilie Clark during the 2007 season. Prior to Koehl and Clark, Lyn Jordan accomplished the feat twice back in 1984.
ON THE OFFENSIVE
Koehl is tied for third in the America East in goals this season with 18, averaging three per contest.Â

Alex Bernier is seventh in assists per game (1.5). Away from the cage,Â
Morgan Furbay ranks third in the league in draw controls per game (4.5) through six contests.Â

HELPING HANDS
Bernier continues to move up the all-time assists ladder. After handing out four assists last week against Siena and adding another against Holy Cross, the redshirt senior has totaled 46 for her career to rank sixth in school history. She is two assists shy of cracking the top-5 all-time.
