PROMOTIONS
Saturday's tilt with the Tigers is Vermont National Country Club Night. The club will host a raffle for a free invitation into any membership category. Visit their table in the main lobby for more details. Fans will also receive calendars courtesy of Kinney Drugs, which have been designed by local Vermont kids. The month-by-month photos are inspired by a "draw what you love about the Catamounts" theme. The calendars can also be purchased in your local Kinney Drug stores and the proceeds will benefit the Victory Club.

PROTECTING PATRICK
The Catamounts currently have the 10th-longest active home winning streak in the country at 10 games. Tennessee leads the pack with a 31-game streak at Thompson-Boiling Arena.

OSCAR ROBERTSON TROPHY WATCH LIST
Anthony Lamb was named to the Oscar Robertson Trophy Watch List on Thursday. Lamb is one of 11 mid-major players to make the list. As a senior, he currently leads the team in scoring (16.8 ppg) and rebounding (8.2 rpg). He has netted 10-plus points against each Division I opponent this season including a 30-point effort at nationally-ranked Virginia on Nov. 19. He drained a career-high seven three-pointers against the national champion Cavaliers. Lamb has registered four double-doubles through 10 games and he is coming off a 16-point, 11-rebound, seven-assist performance at Cincinnati on Tuesday.

ROCHESTER CONNECTION
Lamb will face fellow Rochester, New York native and Towson senior guard Brian Fobbs. Lamb attended Greece Athena High School while Fobbs went to crosstown Bishop Kearney High School. As high school seniors, the duo was named to the All-Greater Rochester Team by the Democrat and Chronicle. Lamb was voted the region's Player of the Year for the second year in a row and Fobbs was an Honorable Mention pick. The two met in the 2014 New York Section V Class AA Quarterfinal as Lamb's top-seeded Trojans edged Fobbs' Kings 71-62.

SCOUTING TOWSON
The Tigers have won their last two games to even their overall record to 4-4. Towson is coming off a 76-59 win at Morgan State on Wednesday and used an 18-0 run in the final 2:21 to pull off the victory. Last month, Towson pushed No. 15 Florida to the brink of an upset but fell 66-60 in Gainsville. Offensively, Fobbs owns a team-best 15.0 scoring average. He has posted 17.3 points per game in his last three outings but has struggled from the floor with a 39.4% (15-for-38) field goal percentage. Allen Betrand has also averaged double figures with 12.9 points per game this year. Betrand has been a key contributor for the Tigers, in addition to Fobbs, as the 6-5 sophomore has rattled off six straight games with at least 10 points and has hit 10 triples during the run.

INSIDE THE SERIES
The Catamounts hold a slight 10-9 edge after beating the Tigers 70-64 on the road last season. The series has gone back-and-forth as UVM is 6-4 in the last 10 meetings with Towson. In last year's matchup, Ernie Duncan scored a game-high 28 points and canned six triples as the Cats eventually swept their three-game Greater Washington D.C. area road trip.
