BURLINGTON, Vt. – University of Vermont head coach Chris Feifs announced the addition of Kevin Mahon as a volunteer assistant ahead of the 2020 season.
 
Mahon played four years of lacrosse at SUNY Oswego and graduated Magna Cum Laude in December 2018 with a Bachelors of Science in Childhood Education. The Monroe, New York native was a two-time SUNYAC Commissioner's Academic Honor Roll selection.
 
Mahon most recently served as an assistant coach with both the New York Reign Lacrosse Club and Monroe-Woodbury JV Lacrosse team. He assisted in all phases of coaching with an emphasis on defense and faceoff.
 
The Catamounts kick off the 2019 fall season with their annual Green vs. Gold game on Saturday, Oct. 5 on Virtue Field.
