COACH'S QUOTE
"Not a perfect day for sure, but we have much to celebrate for sure," said head coach
Matt Belfield. "Every single effort that led to our team points and those that set us up for tomorrow's finals was important today. A fantastic men's DMR fell short by a bit, but impressive relay nonetheless. The women's 5k was tremendous and kudos to Conni Wendeln for getting All-Conference honors. I thought our men in the 400 ran very well and
Will Juniper got himself into a really good final with Justin leading the way again for us.
Lauren Triarsi was really good in the her first America East pentathlon and our men in the heptathlon are really grinding out the points. We'll have a good day tomorrow. Our energy is good and the team is together in spirit."
