INSIDE THE SERIES
Vermont and Brown meet for the third official time in program history. The Catamounts hosted the Bears unofficially in an exhibition contest on October 26, 2019.
Everett Duncan had 20 points for UVM in the 70-59 victory. In official games, Vermont is 0-2 against Brown with an 83-72 loss in 1970, and an 82-58 loss in 2001.

TO THE RAFTERS
Vermont raised the numbers 11 and 22 to the Patrick Gym rafters when it hosted Brown in 2019. The No. 11 jersey was worn by T.J Sorrentine '05, a UVM Athletics Hall of Famer and associate head coach of Brown. The No. 22 belonged to Taylor Coppenrath '05, the program's second all-time leading scorer. The duo contributed to Vermont's first three America East Championships, as well as its first win in the NCAA Tournament coming against No. 4 Syracuse in 2005. Sorrentine drilled a deep three pointer in overtime – one of his program-record 354 treys.
