Head Coach
Chris Feifs and assistant coach
Jake Bernhardt are no strangers to College Park – both played their college lacrosse for the Terrapins and reached the national semifinals during their playing days. The matchup holds added intrigue for Bernhardt who's younger brothers Jesse (coach) and Jared (senior attack) are currently on the Maryland roster.
Â
The Catamounts qualified for the NCAA Tournament for the first time in program history by virtue of a 15-10 win over UAlbany in the America East title game on Saturday.
Thomas McConvey went for six points (4G, 2A) and
Tommy Burke dominated the faceoff X (23-for-29) on his way to being named the tournament's Most Outstanding Player.
