NORTHBOROUGH, Mass. – The Vermont women's lacrosse program was recognized by the Intercollegiate Women's Lacrosse Coaches Association (IWLCA) for the team's work in the classroom during the 2021 season.

IWLCA: Honor Squads | Honor Roll
The Catamounts were named to the IWLCA Academic Honor Squad, which is given to programs with a 3.20 grade-point average or higher for the academic year. Vermont is joined by seven other America East counterparts that qualified for the 2021 honor.
Individually, five members of the 2021 UVM women's lacrosse team were named to the IWLCA Academic Honor Roll. To be eligible for the honor, student-athletes must be a junior, senior, or graduate student with a cumulative GPA of 3.50 or greater.

Reilly Drab,
Giuliana Frizzi,
Josie Lowell, and
Sophie McLaughlin represented the Catamounts on the Honor Roll. McLaughlin was named America East Goalkeeper of the Year in 2021, and also earned the conference's All-Academic and All-Conference First Team honors.
