BURLINGTON, Vt. – The Hockey East Association announced this evening a set of changes to the upcoming weekend schedule for Vermont men's and women's hockey due to COVID protocols within each program.  
 
This weekend's men's hockey series against No. 11 Northeastern scheduled for January 14-15 has been postponed. The first game of the series has been rescheduled for Tuesday, January 18 at 5:30 p.m. The women's hockey series previously scheduled for January 13-14 at Holy Cross has also been postponed. Hockey East and the member institutions are currently working to reschedule the other three games to a later date.
 
Vermont Athletics and all of its teams continue to follow state, local and University public health guidelines, to ensure the health and safety of all student-athletes, coaches, staff and the campus and surrounding community.
