SCOUTING THE BEARCATS
Binghamton recently snapped a three-game skid with a 78-64 victory at UMass Lowell on Saturday (Feb. 19). The Bearcats are currently in a four-way tie for second place in the conference standings, sitting at 8-7 with Stony Brook, UMBC, and UAlbany. Jacob Falko leads the Binghamton offense with a 13.1 scoring average and a team-high 3.2 assists per game. Falko has averaged 16.4 points per game in league play, which ranks No. 4 – his 3.9 assists per game is No. 3. John McGriff also averages double figures on the season with a 10.9 scoring average.

Vermont is currently riding a 14-game winning streak over Binghamton and owns a 38-8 all-time series mark. The Catamounts are 18-6 against the Bearcats on the road. UVM swept Binghamton on the road a season ago.Â
Ryan Davis recorded a double-double with 25 points and 11 rebounds in the Catamounts' 76-60 victory on Jan. 9, 2021.
Justin Mazzulla led Vermont with 13 points on Feb. 9 as five Catamounts registered double figures to beat the Bearcats 82-51 at Patrick Gym.

UVM is currently ranked No. 4 in the country in field goal percentage (49.7%), behind Gonzaga (52.9%), South Dakota State (52.7%), and Purdue (50.2%).
Ryan Davis ranks No. 17 in the nation in individual field goal percentage, sinking 58.9% of his attempts this season. Davis registered his 1,000th career point recently, with his first basket in Saturday's 86-58 win over UMBC.
