BOSTON – Thomas McConvey and Ryan Cornell were both recognized with weekly conference awards, the league announced earlier today.
 
McConvey picked up his first career weekly award with an Offensive Player of the Week selection while Cornell was named Defensive Player of the Week.

McConvey turned in a career-high five-goal performance against Bryant on Saturday and finished the day with six points – which matched a career-best. He also picked up a ground ball against the Bulldogs. In two career games against Bryant, McConvey has nine goals and three assists.
 
Cornell was rock-solid in cage on Saturday stopping 11 of the 16 shots he faced for a .688 save percentage. He also picked up a career-high seven ground balls and caused three turnovers in the victory.
 
The Catamounts head out on the road for a midweek contest tomorrow afternoon at Dartmouth. Faceoff against the Big Green is set for 3 p.m. on ESPN+.
