WOMEN'S LACROSSE NOTEBOOK
Vermont (10-3, 3-2 AE) dips back into non-conference play on Wednesday night (Apr. 20) when it visits Dartmouth (3-8, 1-4 AE) in Hanover, N.H. The opening draw is set for 6 p.m. at Scully-Fahey Field and will broadcast live on ESPN+, as well as NESN+ for viewers in the region.

SCOUTING THE BIG GREEN
Dartmouth enters Wednesday night's contest having suffered losses in six of its last seven games, including a 17-5 loss at No. 12 Princeton on Saturday (Apr. 16). The Big Green registered a win in their last home contest, defeating Columbia 22-6 on Apr. 9. Dartmouth is 1-1 against America East opponents this season, beating New Hampshire 11-3 (Feb. 19) and losing to No. 4 Stony Brook 20-3 (Feb. 27). Katie Elders leads the attack with 36 points on a team-high 32 goals. Katina Christensen is second on the team with 25 points (23 goals, 2 assists). Gisele Todd has been Dartmouth's main goalkeeper, posting a 12.32 goals against average in 11 games this season.

INSIDE THE SERIES
Vermont and Dartmouth square off for the 31st time in series history and first time since the 2019 season. The Cats have won three of the last five meetings, but have suffered losses in two straight games. UVM fell to Dartmouth 22-6 in 2019, with

HEADING TO THE PLAYOFFS
The Catamounts clinched a berth in the America East Women's Lacrosse Championships for the second consecutive season with their win on Saturday. Vermont will make its 10th appearance in the conference tournament.

OFFENSIVE PLAYER OF THE WEEK
Junior midfielder
Ava Vasile was named America East Offensive Player of the Week on Monday afternoon. The Milford, Mass. native posted a career-high six goals and seven points in UVM's 14-12 win on Saturday at New Hampshire. Vasile's six-goal outing came on four free-position tallies and a career-best nine shots on goal. The junior also added an assist to match a career-high seven points for the second consecutive game.

CATS THROUGH 13 GAMES
The 2022 Catamounts are only the second team in program history to have 10 wins through the first 13 games of the season. Vermont last achieved the feat in 2014.

CLIMBING THE RANKS
UVM became only the third team in program history to reach 10 wins in a single season. The Catamounts can match the 2015 team for the second-highest single-season win total (11) with a win over Dartmouth.
