Vermont (10-10, 4-2 AE) heads back on the road Wednesday (Jan. 25) for a conference matchup with Binghamton (8-11, 4-2 AE) in Vestal, N.Y. Tip-off is slated for 7 p.m. ET at Binghamton University's Events Center.

TIED AT SECOND
UVM and Binghamton make up two of the three teams tied at second-place in the America East standings. The Catamounts and Bearcats, as well as UMBC, are 0.5 games behind first-place UMass Lowell.
SCOUTING THE BEARCATS
Binghamton suffered a 78-57 loss at Maine on Sunday (Jan. 22) to fall out of first place in the league standings. The setback snapped a four-game winning streak for the Bearcats, including a 72-71 overtime victory over UMass Lowell at home. Binghamton has won three-straight at the Events Center. Preseason All-Conference member Jacob Falko leads the attack with a 14.1 scoring average. Armon Harried (11.4 ppg) and Miles Gibson (10.0 ppg) also average double figures for the Bearcats.
FAMILIAR FOES
The Catamounts and Bearcats meet for the first time since the 2022 America East Semifinals. Vermont took a 74-42 victory over No. 6 Binghamton to secure its trip to the America East Championship. Vermont and Binghamton have met 10 times in the last four seasons, with two postseason matchups.

Vermont has won the last 16 meetings with Binghamton and own a 40-8 overall record in the series. The Catamounts are 19-6 when visiting the Bearcats.
