COACH'S QUOTE
"Disappointed in our effort tonight," said Head Coach
Steve Wiedler. "Boston College played a great game and they're a great hockey program. Too many mental mistakes from our group tonight and when you're playing a team like Boston College they will make you pay for every single one. Which they did."
HOW IT HAPPENED
	- Boston College opened scoring first, 13:32 into period one after a failed clearage attempt by the Catamounts put Lukas Gustafsson in prime position to rip his third goal of the season giving BC the 1-0 lead.

	- The Eagles snagged a 2-0 lead, 6:38 into the second frame on the power play after the Nation's leading goal scorer, Cutter Gauthier, finished off BC's three-on-two rush tucking the puck into a relatively wide-open net giving the Eagles a two-goal cushion.

	- Gauthier struck again, scoring his 28th goal of the season on the power play 9:23 into the second period putting BC ahead, 3-0.

	- 0:14 later, Jacob Bengtsson lit the lamp for Boston College as the Eagles began to run away with the game, extending the lead to 4-0.

	- Andre Gasseau kept the pressure on for the Eagles, scoring 11:48 into the period to bring the lead to 5-0.

	- The Catamounts found the back of the net 12:45 into the second period after Mario Gasparini scored his first career point on his first career goal off the faceoff after a clean win from Joel Matta. Gasparini took a few strides to the middle after receiving the puck and rifled a shot past BC's goalie glove side high. The Eagles led, 5-1.

	- BC wasted no time entering the final period, scoring 19 seconds into the frame after Gabe Perreault tucked in his 15th goal of the season to take a 6-1 advantage.
