4-0 START
The Catamounts are off to a 4-0 start for the first time since the 2014 campaign. A victory on Tuesday would match the 1994 and 2014 squads for the best start in program history.

AVA AGAIN!
Ava Vasile repeated as America East Offensive Player of the Week, after matching a career-high six goals for the second-straight game Saturday against LIU. Vasile added one assist to tie a career-high seven points. She also led Vermont with four caused turnovers and three draw controls.

SCOUTING THE BIG GREEN
Dartmouth split its two matchups to start the season. The Big Green dropped their first game of the season, 18-11 at 11th-ranked Stony Brook on Feb. 18, but earned a 15-8 win at Siena on Feb. 21. Tuesday's game is their home opener. Katie Elders has powered the Dartmouth attack through two games with 10 points (9 goals, 1 assist). Elders was an All-Ivy honorable mention honoree last season. The Big Green return Ivy Goalkeeper of the Year, Gisele Todd, along with All-Ivy selections Katina Christensen and Maja Desmond. Dartmouth was picked No. 6 in the Ivy League Preseason Poll.

INSIDE THE SERIES
Vermont and Dartmouth square off for the 33rd time in series history and the third time in as many seasons. UVM has earned wins in five of the last seven meetings. The Catamounts routed the Big Green in a 14-3 victory in Hanover in 2022.Â
Ava Vasile registered a game-high four points on three goals and one assist at Scully-Fahey Field. Vasile led the Cats again in 2023, scoring three goals and one assist as Vermont rallied back from a four-goal deficit to win 13-11 at Virtue Field.

Vermont has registered a successful clear on 96.9% of its attempts to start the season, ranking third nationally.

STRONG ON DEFENSE
UVM has held opponents to only 7.5 goals per game to start the season, which is the eighth-best rate in the country. The Cats have not allowed an opponent to reach double digits yet through four games. A key defender for the Catamounts,
Brittany Barton, has recorded 2.75 caused turnovers per game, which ranks sixth nationally.

ROSENBERGER IN GOAL
Rookie goalkeeper,
Anna Rosenberger, ranks 13th nationally in goals against average (8.00). The Syracuse, N.Y. native has earned wins in all three starts, including a thrilling 10-9 victory at Coastal Carolina in her collegiate debut. Rosenberger denied a free-position shot in the final minute against the Chanticleers to secure her first career win.
