LAST TIME OUT
In their last game, the Catamounts defeated Merrimack 20-8. Brock Haley led the way with nine points on three goals and six assists. Luke Reiter, Tristan Whitaker, and Max Frattaroli all had strong offensive games, with six, five, and four points, respectively. George Egan and Ryan Daly combined for 14 saves to hold the Warriors' offense to only eight goals.

WEEKLY AWARDS
Vermont had three players pick up weekly awards, and Haley was honored with offensive player of the week. Henry Dodge earned faceoff specialist of the week for the third time this season after his dominating game at the faceoff spot. Ryker Demarest earned defensive player of the week after his career game with five ground balls and two caused turnovers.

OFFENSIVE EXPLOSION
Last week's victory over Merrimack was the biggest offensive display of any America East team this season. The 20 goals, 15 assists, 35 points, and 58 shots are the most in the conference this season. The marks broke the Catamounts previous season high by seven goals, four assists, and 11 points.

SCOUTING THE BEARCATS
Binghamton comes into Saturday's contest having won three of their last five and two straight in conference play since opening with a 10-9 loss to Merrimack three weeks ago. Matthew Keegan leads the Bearcats attack with 32 points off 21 goals and 11 assists. Both totals are team highs, with Liam Ferris and Gage Adams second and third in scoring with 27 and 24 points. Connor Winters will start in cage as the junior goalie has posted a 12.50 goals against average in nine games so far.

INSIDE THE SERIES
Vermont has won 11 of the 21 meetings, including four of the last five. The Catamounts won last year's meeting 11-9, behind four points from Haley, three from Whitaker, and two from Carson Boyle.
