BURLINGTON, Vt. – The 2024-25 regular season schedule has been announced for the Vermont men's hockey program. The Catamounts will play 18 times at Gutterson Fieldhouse. All of the Catamounts home games and road contests in Hockey East will air on ESPN+.

NOTES

• Vermont will begin the 24-25 campaign as they host McGill on Oct. 6 at 4 p.m. in the Catamounts Home Opener presented by TD Bank.
• Vermont travels to The North Star State for a two-game series with St. Thomas to open the regular season on Oct. 11 and 12. It will be the Catamounts first action in Minnesota since knocking off the Golden Gophers in the 2015-16 season opener.
• Vermont's regular season home opener is set for Oct. 19 with an ECAC matchup against Clarkson. Puck drop is set for 7:30 p.m.
• The Catamounts visit UConn in a rematch of the 2024 Hockey East Opening Round on Nov. 2 and 3. The Saturday matchup will be in Hartford at the XL Center followed by a Sunday meeting in Storrs.
• In November the Catamounts will host UMass (Nov. 8 and 9) and UMass Lowell (Nov. 15 and 16) in back-to-back weekends at the Gut.
• On Sunday, December 1 UVM will welcome long-time rival Dartmouth for their 85th all-time matchup, a matinee scheduled for 4 p.m.
• Following the holiday break the Catamounts will travel to face Army on Sunday, December 29. It will be UVM's first meeting with the Black Knights since 2002.
• On February 21 and 22 the National finalists from last season Boston College will make their first trip to the Gut since October of 2021.
• Vermont will close out the regular season at home with a Thursday night matchup with UConn on March 6, followed by Senior Day presented by the UVM Alumni Association on Saturday March 8 against Boston University.
