COACH'S QUOTE
"They are a scrappy team, and they don't give up till the last second, they do a great job in their system, and we know this one was going to be tough," said Mayer Head Women's Basketball Coach Alisa Kresge. "I thought there was some nice times where I thought we were being assertive and times we were being passive and that was advantage them. I think this team is really gelling right now, defense is always keeping us in games, and we are playing more confidently and just team basketball."
