Balanced Offense Boosts Catamounts in Win Over New Hampshire

BURLINGTON, Vt. –  The Vermont men's basketball team won in Patrick Gym against New Hampshire on Thursday night. Ileri Ayo-Faleye led the Catamounts in scoring with 16 points.

I thought Sam Alamutu played a really great game with his double-double tonight and he is really starting to find his role on this team.   • Five Catamounts scored in double-digits against New Hampshire. Ileri Ayo-Faleye (16) and Shamir Bogues (15), Nick Fiorillo (14), and TJ Hurley (13), Sam Alamutu (10) contributed for Vermont offensively.
  • Sam Alamutu had his first double-double of the season and his second in his career with 10 points and 12 rebounds.
  • Vermont outrebounded New Hampshire 34-27.
  • Shamir Bogues had a team-high six assists and a team-high three steals.
