WOMEN'S LACROSSE NOTEBOOK
Vermont women's lacrosse (2-0) will head on the road to play Marist (0-3). The game was originally scheduled for Sunday at 11 a.m. in Burlington, VT, but, due to the weather, the game vs Marist will now be played at 11 a.m. on Saturday. The match will be in Poughkeepsie, NY at Tenney Stadium.
Friday's promotion is Military Appreciation Presented by Milton Cat. Active and veteran military personnel will receive comp tickets to the game on 4/19 against Bryant.Â

VERMONT OUTLOOK
- Vermont is coming off an 18-7 victory against Le Moyne this past Friday.
- Lauren Lefebvre, Lydia Doraz, and Maddie Erskine all had a team-high three goals for the Catamounts against Le Moyne.
- Lydia Doraz leads Vermont with 6 goals on the season.
- Vermont ranks 10th in the country and 1st in the America East in clear percentage (94.4%)
- UVM also ranks 13th in the country and 1st in the America East in grounds ball per game (21.5).
- The Catamounts return Anna Rosenberger and Sabine Godwin who each made the America East All-Rookie Team last year. UVM also returns Senior, Maddie Erskine, who recorded 29 goals and eight assists in 2023.
- UVM was picked fifth in the America East Preseason Poll. Reigning champion Binghamton was selected first in the poll, receiving six first-place votes.
- Claire Adlehelm, Kendall Traveis, and Meghan O'Connor were selected to as team captains for the 2025 campaign.

SCOUTING THE RED FOXES
- The Red Foxes have started the year off 0-3 with their most recent game.
- Marist was picked No. 9 in the MAAC Conference Coaches' Poll after finishing with a record of 3-13 (2-7 MAAC) in 2024.
- The Red Foxes return sophomore attacker Greta Govoni, who was named to the All-MAAC rookie team in 2024. Govoni tallied 18 points (14 goals and 4 assists) and 17 ground balls last year.
- Vermont and Marist will meet for the 15th time in series history on Saturday. The Catamounts defeated the Red Foxes last year 13-10 at Tenney Stadium.

UVMÂ begins the season with eight straight road games before its home opener against CCSU on Mar. 18. The matchup between the Cats and the Red Foxes will begin at 4 p.m. at Virtue Field.
