2010-11 Season: Played in 29 games, making nine starts as a senior … Finished tied for second on the team in scoring, averaging 11.3 points per game (15th in the America East), and second in assists (47) … Reached double figures 16 times and finished eighth in the America East in field goal percentage (45.8 percent) … Started off the year by making 7-of-11 shots for 19 points in a road win at Siena … Tallied 16 in a win at Quinnipiac … Netted double figures in seven straight games in the non-conference portion of the schedule, which included 21 in a win over Dartmouth and career-high 23 in a win at Iona … In the Iona victory he went 5-for-9 from three and added four assists … Had five-straight double-figure scoring games early on in conference play, tallying 15 points each in consecutive home games vs. UMBC and Maine … Went 7-for-15 with 16 points in a loss at Charleston … Missed three games in early February due to injury.
2009-10 Season: Played in all 35 games, making eight starts as a junior … Finished fifth on the team in scoring (6.7 ppg), second in three-point field goal percentage (33.0%) and third in assists (52) … Placed ninth in the America East in league games in three-point shooting percentage (36.7%) … Reached double figures seven times, including a career-high 17 points in a win over Dartmouth as he went 6-for-7 from the floor and 4-for-4 from the line … The Dartmouth game marked the third straight game with double figures, as he also netted 10 each against both Cornell and Toledo … Netted 14 points in only 16 minutes in a regular season win at Boston U, going 4-for-7 overall and 2-for-3 from three.
2008-09 Season: Played in all 33 games, making one start … Reached double digits five times … Shot 40 percent from three, to lead the America East … 63 percent of his attempts on the year came from beyond the arc … Averaged 4.9 points per game … Scored a career-high 15 points in a win at Stony Brook … Handed out a career-high five assists at home against UMBC … Played a career-high 32 minutes against Oregon State in the quarterfinals of the College Basketball Invitational … Set a career-high for three-pointers made with a 4-of-5 performance at UMBC.
2007-08 Season: Averaged 4.1 points per game as a freshman and hit the third-most three’s on the team (22) in 29 games … Scored seven points off the bench in a win over NJIT ... Tallied six points against Florida ... Scored seven points in a win over Central Connecticut ... Scored nine points against Albany ... Poured in 10 points in a victory against Maine ... Added seven points in a win against Stony Brook ... Scored eight points against Boston U. ... Made his first career start at Stony Brook ... Scored a career-high 14 points in a home win over Hartford ... Added 13 points off the bench in a win at UNC-Wilmington ... Added seven points against UMBC in the America East Semifinals.
Prior to UVM: Accaoui (Ah-coo-we) is a 5-foot-10 guard who comes to Vermont from Lincoln, R.I. ... He led St. Andrews High School to a pair of New England Championships as he scored more than 1,600 career points and had his number retired ... Accaoui was a two-time team captain who earned team MVP honors as a senior ... He also was selected to the all-state team twice and was a McDonald’s All-American nominee.
