VERMONT MEN'S LACROSSE NOTEBOOKThe Vermont men's lacrosse team wraps up the regular season with a tilt at Binghamton on Saturday (April 25) at 1 p.m. With a win, or a loss by Hartford in its game on Friday, Vermont would clinch a spot in the America East playoffs.
ABOUT VERMONTThe Catamounts earned a crucial 14-11 victory over Hartford last time out to move into third place in America East with a 3-2 mark in league play. Vermont's three conference victories are tied for the most in a single season in program history. The Catamount offense, which has tallied double-digit goals in each of the last 10 games, ranks 15
th in the nation this season with 11.93 goals per contest. Vermont boasts four players with 30-plus points on the year, led by
Cam Milligan and
Ian MacKay, who have combined for 58 goals and 50 assists. The man-down unit has also been a strength for Vermont, leading the conference with a .646 penalty-killing percentage. Junior goalie
Justin Rosenberg has started the last two games in goal and sports an 11.92 goals against average on the season.

MILLIGAN'S MOVING UPWith one assist last time out against Hartford,
Cam Milligan moved into fourth place for most assists in a single season at UVM, passing Gordon Allen, who tallied 32 in the 1996 season. Milligan, who ranks third in America East with 33 helpers, has 10 multi-assist efforts this season, including a career-high six at UMass Lowell.
