MISSISSAUGA, Ontario – Former UVM men's hoops standout
Ethan O'Day was selected by the Raptors 905, the NBA Developmental League (D-League) affiliate of the Toronto Raptors, in the D-League Draft on Sunday.

Raptors 905 picked the former Catamount in the fourth round with its 75th overall selection.
The star forward had a storied career in green and gold. O'Day finished his career 19th on UVM's all-time scoring list with 1,233 points and became the 27th member of the 500 points, 500 rebounds club after grabbing 608 career boards off the glass. He sits fourth in program history with 217 blocks and listed fifth all-time with a .553 career field goal percentage. As a senior, O'Day led the team in rebounding and ranked second in scoring. He also served as a co-captain during his junior and senior seasons.
O'Day's efforts on the court helped him compile an impressive list of conference accolades during his time in Burlington. He was named to the America East All-Conference Third Team as a senior, All-Conference First Team as a junior, a two-time All-Defensive Team selection as a sophomore and junior, an All-Tournament Team honoree as a freshman and senior, and made the America East Academic Honor Roll after his first year in Catamount Country.
O'Day will report to Raptors 905 training camp on Tuesday (Nov. 1).
