BOSTON – Five different Catamounts earned recognition on Monday when the America East Conference announced its year-end awards and all-conference teams.

O'Day finds himself on an all-league team for the second straight season after being named to the first-team following his junior campaign. The senior is averaging 11.1 points and 6.3 rebounds per game ranking in the top-20 among conference players in both categories.
He ranks second in the league in blocks with 61 and seventh in field goal percentage shooting 54% from the field.
Steidl, an all-rookie team selection two seasons ago, finishes the regular season averaging 11.0 points and 5.1 rebounds per contest and ranks 12
th in the league in three-point field goal percentage. The junior is Vermont's all-time leading 3-point shooter (by percentage) and is closing in on cracking the top-10 in three-pointers made in program history.
Steidl is the only Catamount to start every game he has played this season.
Bell-Haynes landed on the third-team following an all-rookie team selection last year. The sophomore from Toronto leads the team in scoring and assists this season while ranking in the top-10 among league leaders in assists and free throw percentage. Bell-Haynes heads into the America East Playoffs averaging 16 points per game in his last two contests.
For the second straight year,
Dre Wills earned a spot on the All-Defensive Team. Despite playing in just 18 games this season, Wills continued to be a force on the defensive end of the floor averaging 1.2 steals per game while drawing the opposing teams' top perimeter offensive player. Wills has posted three double-doubles this season and ranks third on the team in rebounding.
A Catamount has been selected to the America East All-Defensive Team every year since its inception in 2005-06.
Rounding out the All-Conference selections is
Ernie Duncan, who was named to the All-Rookie team. Duncan wrapped up his first full season in a Vermont uniform averaging 11.2 points per game and shooting 43% from downtown during the regular season. His field goal percentage from beyond arc ranks third in the league and his 68 three-pointers made ranks fifth.
Over his last seven games, Duncan has reached double-figures six times while shooting nearly 54% from the field.
UVM earned the No. 3 seed in the America East Playoffs and will take on No. 6 Maine in the quarterfinal round Wednesday night at Patrick Gym. Tipoff is scheduled for 7:30 and the game can be seen on ESPN3 and the ESPN App with Eric Frede and Frank Sullivan on the call.
