LAST TIME OUT | Binghamton Highlights
UVM clinched its eighth America East regular season championship in program history with a 75-54 win over Binghamton on Wednesday night. With UMBC's loss to Stony Brook, the Catamounts earned the outright regular season conference title. Drew Urquhart recorded his fourth career double-double with 18 points and 10 rebounds. Urquhart shot 7-of-11 from the floor and blocked three shots. Ernie Duncan matched Urquhart with 18 points and drained four triples. Payton Henson followed with a solid performance of his own on 15 points, a game-high seven assists, and five boards. Trae Bell-Haynes rounded out four UVM players in double figures with 12 points on 5-of-7 shooting.

REGULAR SEASON TITLE
With the win over Binghamton, the Catamounts clinched their eighth America East regular season title in program history - 2002, 2005, 2007, 2009, 2011, 2014, 2017, and 2018. The eighth regular season crown ties Boston University for the second most in America East history, trailing only Northeastern (10).

ROAD WARRIORS
The Catamounts have won eight straight road games, which is tied with Old Dominion for the longest active road winning streak in the country.

EMPIRE STATE OF MIND
Since the start of last season, Vermont is 16-1 against schools located in New York. The run includes victories over non-conference foes Marist, Hofstra and Siena while topping league rivals Albany, Binghamton, and Stony Brook.

1,000 POINT CLUB
After his 18-point effort against the Bearcats, Duncan became the 37th Catamount to score over 1,000 career points. Vermont also has another player closing in on the mark.  Combined with his scoring totals from Tulane, Henson only needs 14 points to join the club. The redshirt senior scored 309 points in two seasons with the Green Wave before transferring to Catamount Country where he has racked up 677 points.

SCOUTING STONY BROOK
The Seawolves sit fifth in the league standings with a 7-8 conference mark. In America East play, Stony Brook has held its opponents to 43.1% shooting - the third best average in the league. The Seawolves have been one of the most lethal teams from long distance by draining the second-most three-pointers (111) on conference foes. Akwasi Yeboah ranks seventh among America East scorers with a 14.9 scoring average in league play. Yeboah has averaged 16.8 points and 5.8 rebounds over his last seven games.

INSIDE THE SERIES
The Catamounts lead the all-time series with the Seawolves 27-11. Vermont has won three straight and seven out of the last 10 meetings with Stony Brook. Last year, Bell-Haynes became the 36th member of the 1,000-career point club in a 71-64 win on Long Island. One month later, UVM capped off the regular season with a 66-51 victory over Stony Brook at Patrick Gym and completed the first ever 16-0 undefeated conference season.
