The America East All-Conference First Team selection led the team in goals (39), assists (20), and points (59) this past season and passed Craig Mygatt '88 for the most goals in program history, finishing his illustrious career with exactly 150. MacKay closed his collegiate career third all-time with 230 points and fourth all-time with 80 assists.
The 13th overall pick in the 2018 Major League Lacrosse Collegiate Draft by the Chesapeake Bayhawks, MacKay will graduate as the all-time leader in points and goals against Division I programs, and third in assists. He became the school's first America East Offensive Player of the Year in 2016.
MacKay and the Class of 2018 will graduate with 32 wins over Division I opponents, the most in program history, including a school-record 12 in 2018. They represent the only class to make the America East Tournament three times and helped the program reach its only two title games.
