The Catamount Classic returns to Moulton Winder Field as the Vermont Catamounts (1-4) host Cornell (1-3), Maine (5-0), and UC Davis (4-3) in the tournament.

The 18th-ranked Maine Black Bears took a 5-0 final over Cornell to open the tournament on Friday. Vermont defeated UC Davis, 3-1, led by a pair of second half goals from
Landon Warren. On Sunday, UC Davis and Maine take the field for an 11 a.m. start before Cornell and Vermont take the field for a 1:30 p.m. start. Free video is available for all games by using the links below.

SCOUTING THE AGGIES
UC Davis enters the weekend with a 4-3 record and two-game winning streak. The Aggies opened the season with wins over Providence and Temple, and most recently defeated La Salle and Davidson.

Freshman Eline van den Bosch leads the Aggies in scoring with three goals and seven points. Junior Chelsea Bigelow has started all seven games in goal with a 2.52 goals against average and .690 save percentage.

INSIDE THE SERIES
The Cats and Aggies face each other for just the third time tomorrow afternoon. UVM took a 3-0 win in the inaugural matchup in 2009 at Moulton Winder Field. UC Davis returned to Burlington in 2013 and took a 4-1 victory back to California.

SCOUTING THE BIG RED
Cornell enters the weekend with a 1-3 record with its lone win coming against Rider. The Big Red fell to Bucknell, Lock Haven, and Rutgers to open the season.

Junior Maddy Conklin leads the team in scoring with four points. Maddie Henry has started three games in goal for the Big Red and holds a 3.06 goals against average and .710 save percentage.

INSIDE THE SERIES
Sunday's contest will break a 3-3 series deadlock between the Catamounts and Big Red. UVM took the first three wins in the series in 2005, 2006, and 2011 before falling in each of the past three seasons to Cornell.
