BOSTON – University of Vermont freshman guard
Emma Utterback was named America East Rookie of the Week on Monday, which was announced by the league office.

Utterback started all three games for the Catamounts last week averaging 13.6 points per game and 6.3 rebounds per game. She also shot 57-percent from behind the arc. On Friday at Loyola Chicago she had 19 points, the most by a UVM freshman in a single-game since
Hanna Crymble scored 20 against Hartford on February 2, 2017.

Rose Caverly was the last Catamount to be named America East Rookie of the Week. She received the honor on December 3, 2018.
