WOMEN'S HOCKEY NOTEBOOK
The Vermont Catamounts (5-3-5, 2-3-3 HEAW) are back at Gutterson Fieldhouse for the first time in the month of November when they host the Boston University Terriers (8-4-1, 3-4-2) for a two-game Hockey East series. The series kicks off on Saturday (Nov. 23) at 4 p.m., followed by a 2 p.m. puck drop on Sunday (Nov. 24).

SCOUTING THE TERRIERS
Boston University enters the weekend with an 8-4-1 mark and five votes in the USCHO national poll. The Terriers skated to a 6-2 win over Harvard on Tuesday (Nov. 19).

Jesse Compher had two goals and one assist against Harvard in her fourth game of the season. The junior forward was a Patty Kazmaier Top-10 Finalist, Second Team All-American, and a Hockey East First Team All-Star last season. The BU offense is currently led by captain Sammy Davis (5 goals, 8 assists) and Nara Elia (3 goals, 10 assists).

Corinne Schroeder has had 10 starts in net for BU with a .944 save percentage and a 1.60 goals against average. Her save percentage is second in Hockey East and fourth-best in the country.

INSIDE THE SERIES
Saturday marks the 49th all-time meeting between the Catamounts and Terriers. Vermont has a 9-32-7 record with a 6-14-2 mark at Gutterson Fieldhouse.

Boston University won the last game played in Burlington, which was during last year's Pack the Gut challenge. There were 1,967 fans in attendance in an effort to break the Hockey East attendance record, which was previously set by Vermont.

The Catamounts are 2-5-3 in the last 10 games against the Terriers with a win over BU in February 2018.
Ève-Audrey Picard registered her third career hat trick in the 5-1 road win.

TEDDY BEAR TOSS
Vermont will be hosting its annual Teddy Bear Toss on Saturday. Fans are encouraged to bring their teddy bears to the game and toss them onto the ice during the second intermission. These donations will benefit local kids in need.

SKATE WITH THE CATS
Following the game on Saturday, fans will have the opportunity to Skate with the Cats. Anyone interested in skating with the team, must wear a helmet. Â Â

WINDJAMMER CLASSIC
The Catamounts will be hosting the fifth annual Windjammer Classic on Friday (Nov. 29) and Saturday (Nov. 30) at Gutterson Fieldhouse. The tournament opens up at 1 p.m. on Friday when fifth-ranked Clarkson faces Minnesota State. Vermont and Penn State meet for the first time since the 2013-14 season at 4 p.m.

The winners advance to Saturday's championship game at 4 p.m., which takes place after the 1 p.m. consolation game. Fans can purchase tickets for the Windjammer Classic through
