COACH'S QUOTE
"Justin certainly stood out today with his 400m school record and leading off the 4x400 that got the record too," said head coach
Matt Belfield. "Those guys ran really tough. We had many more personal-bests too, especially
Samantha Sayer's first sub-17 5K and
Seth Beard's first sub-22 200m as highlights.
Caroline O'Shea making the final of the 1K gives us another event to look forward to tomorrow. Should be a good day with the men's 4x400 in the hunt for another school record and some hard fought points."
