COACH'S QUOTE
"Some outstanding performances today here in New Jersey. Getting points we weren't seeded for is always a nice bonus, so
Erin Geib's hammer throwing was a highlight of the day for sure. Sydney making it to tomorrow's finals of the 100 meters in her first sub-12 second clocking was tremendous. The 5K women generated some historically good times and the men scored a bunch of points in the 5K too. Was excited about the women's Steeplechase as well. Eli has been steady in the Discus and I think that school record throw is coming soon. Ty's 100 was super-fast too. A lot more PRs, too many to list, so it was a pretty good day."
