BOSTON - UVM women's basketball senior
Hanna Crymble has been named America East Player of the Week. The league office made the announcement on Monday afternoon.

Crymble had 23 points, 15 rebounds, four blocks and one assist in Vermont's 60-58 win over UMBC Saturday afternoon in the Catamounts annual Rally Against Cancer game presented by Inspired Closets. Her four blocks matched a career-high. Crymble is currently ranked 29th in the NCAA with 34 blocks.
In conference play thus far Crymble is leading the team in scoring with 17.3 points-per game. She is also the team leader in rebounds, averaging 10.7 per game. She is tied for the conference lead in rebounds per game with Binghamton's Olivia Ramil.
The team's game worn lavender jerseys from Saturday are currently being auctioned off until Thursday, January 16, the auction can be found at
uvmathletics.com/auctions. Bidding starts at $125 and proceeds will go to the UVM Cancer Center.
The Catamounts are home again Wednesday night (January 15) as they welcome Binghamton to Patrick Gym. Please note tipoff will be at 6 p.m. The game will be broadcast live on ESPN+. Fans can also listen to the contest on WVMT AM 620/96.3 FM with Maura Sheridan on the call.
